EXERCISES CAN HELP IN SWAN NECK DEFORMITY.
Exercises can be helpful in managing swan neck deformity, a condition that affects the fingers and causes them to bend abnormally. Specific exercises can help improve flexibility and strength in the affected fingers, as well as help correct the deformity. These exercises can also help reduce pain and improve function. However, it’s important to consult a doctor or physical therapist to develop a personalized exercise plan, as the specific exercises and treatment plan may vary depending on the severity and type of swan neck deformity.
